Nancy J. Thomas (Eggleston), 61, passed away on May 17, 2019 in the comfort of her home in Ludlow, MA. She was born on May 12, 1958 in Springfield, MA to the late John and Alice (Bohanon) Eggleston, and was a graduate of Classical High School, 1976. After retiring as a co-owner of T.A.T. Trucking, Inc., she enjoyed her time surrounded by family and friends. She spent her free time volunteering, walking, bowling and golfing. Nancy was known for her kind heart, selfless nature, and love of animals.
After fighting a battle against cancer, she is survived by her adored husband of 43 years, David G. Thomas. She will be greatly missed by daughter, Brandy Alexander Zuber of Hampden, MA, and son Bryan Thomas of Ludlow, MA. She also leaves behind her beloved sister and brother, Ellen Lemrise of Crescent City, CA, and John Eggleston of Chicopee, MA. Nan was a special and loving grandmother to Caleb and Chase of Hampden, MA. She also extended her love to many nieces, nephews, her sister-in-law and mother-in-law, and special friends whom she treasured.
