KEVIN CHARLES CAMPBELL, 62, of Chicopee MA, passed away on September 20, 2024, after a brief illness. He was born in Marquette MI on April 17, 1962. The beloved son of the late John J. and Doris J. (Burnett) Campbell. He was raised and educated in South Hadley schools. Kevin also served his country in the U.S. Army, from 1980 to 1983, as a Chemical Defense Specialist.
Kevin worked for Sullivan Trucking for several years and volunteered his time frequently at the South Hadley Food Pantry and Neighbors helping Neighbors.
Kevin was predeceased by his sister Eileen (Karen) and brother Gary (Maura). He is survived by his son Jason, of Chicopee MA, brother John (Debbie) of Ludlow MA, sisters Karen (Maria) of the Villages, FL, Laurie Novak of Springfield, MA, several nephews and a niece, and his former wife Lilly (Stewart) Guilmette of Chicopee MA.
A service, and internment, will be held on Thursday, October 24rd at 3:00 p.m. at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main Street, Agawam MA 01001.
Williamsburg Funeral Home was entrusted with his care.
