Homer J. “Buddy” Gebo 81, of Holyoke, MA sadly passed away Thursday, December 8, 2022. Born in Ludlow, MA, he was one of 13 children to the late Jeremiah and Geraldine Gebo.
Homer enjoyed playing pool with his friends at the Holyoke Senior Center. He loved spending time with his family and cherished his beloved pet boxers.
Homer was predeceased by his son Troy Gebo, his parents, 6 of his brothers, and 4 of his sisters.
He leaves behind his former wife Elizabeth Robideau Gebo, his children, Michelle Bard, Lisa Murray Leahy, David Gebo, Shane Gebo, and their spouses, his sisters Lorraine Harrison and Marlene Trumper, several nieces and nephews , 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Per Homer’s request there will be no calling hours. A private burial service will be held at the Gates of Heaven cemetery 421 Tinkham rd. Springfield, MA.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Northeast Boxer Rescue Association of Sunderland, MA.
