Gertrude Theresa Dunham, 94, passed away peacefully on August 25, 2020 at Linda Manor Assisted Living. Born on June 19, 1926, she was the daughter of the late George and Mary (Dirner) Condit, of Newark, NJ. She was raised in Newark with her sisters, Dorothy and Katherine.
Gertrude is survived by her daughter, Sr. Trudy Dunham, OP, of Caldwell, NJ ; her son, Christopher Dunham and his wife, Susan, of Worthington, MA; and her grandson, Francis Dunham and his wife, Amy, of Goshen, MA. She also leaves her nieces and nephews. Prior to moving to Linda Manor, Gertrude lived in Worthington, MA.
A private service and burial will be held on Friday, August 28, at North Cemetery in Worthington. A memorial Mass will be celebrated at a later time in New Jersey. A special thanks to Linda Manor Assisted Living and Cooley Dickinson Hospice.
