Edmund (Eddie) W. Soucie

Edmund W. Soucie “Eddie” of Orange, Ma passed away on Saturday July 25th, 2020 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield from complications after surgery, with his family by his side.

Eddie was born in Gardner, Ma, and was the son of Florence (Biegen) and Edmund Soucie. Eddie spent many years working at Lake Grove Maple Valley as the Educational Supervisor and

a Behavior specialist. He was very proud of the position he held and the friendships he made during his time there. He had a gift for working with troubled youth.


Eddie was an avid Sports Fan, especially the New England Patriots. He assisted to organize an adult flag football team named the Shamrocks that was part of the Western Mass Flag Football

League where his kids watched him play with friends and family on weekends. He also had a love for wrestling that he shared with his younger brother and sons. He liked to fish in his spare time as well and has taken many deep sea fishing trips.


He will be remembered for his great wit, and the love he held for his children, fiance, and family. He could make anyone laugh and feel happy in his presence.


He attended Moores Corner Church which he loved and was baptized last Summer. He formed many wonderful relationships including Pastor Mike.


Eddie is survived by his loving fiance, Michelle Diamond; his children, Alexandria, Jason, Kade,

Taylor and Leighton Soucie; his fur baby, Stewy; siblings, Jason Biegen, Lisa Soucie, Rhonda Aguilera, Nathan Dorrow, Samantha Soucie, and Carly Soucie; He has many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and 1 grand daughter. He also leaves behind the mothers of his

children, Melissa Moise and Erin Soucie; and his parents, Floand Edmund.


There will be a Memorial Service held at Moores Corner Church on Aug 1st, 2020 with Pastor Mike Grant officiating. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Moores Corner Church, Leverett,MA.
