Kerstin Maria Elisabet Glimstedt Liander died on November 23 at her residence in Holyoke MA, after a long and rich life. Many of us were fortunate to have known her and been touched by her kindness, generosity, and often irreverent sense of humor. Born in Örebro, Sweden on May 9, 1925, to Nils and Lisa Glimstedt, Kerstin completed her studies in Pharmacology in Örebro and Stockholm. She married Bertil Liander in 1949, also in Örebro, and together they lived in Stockholm, Paris, Rome, Philadelphia, Princeton, Amherst, Williamsburg and Easthampton for 63 years. Mary (Bowker) Connell of 2 Petticoat Lane, Williamsburg, MA born July 17th 1925 passed away peacefully November 14, 2019 at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. Mary is predeceased by her mother Dorothy (Packard) Bowker, her father Charles S Bowker and her two sisters June Newell and Ruth Nye. Susan "Sue" Marie Corbett (Cipriani) passed away on November 11th 2019 at the age of 65 in her longtime home in Westfield. Susan was born on September 30th, 1954 to the late Ernest J. Cipriani and Marie A. (Guerriero) Cipriani in Springfield where she enjoyed her childhood in a neighborhood full of family. The Cipriani's soon moved to West Springfield where they grew up happily and supported. Susan is predeceased by her uncle Lewis Guerriero, her Aunt Viola Fusco and her cousin and best friend Debbie Ferriter. William John Turner, 62 of Williamsburg passed away on November 11, 2019 peacefully at his home in Williamsburg. He was born June 29, 1957 in Northampton MA, the son of Richard H. Turner, Sr. and Lois M. ( Nehring) Turner and was a lifelong resident of Williamsburg. Bill Turner and Deb Lawton were married October 7, 1978 in Williamsburg.
